Active & Inactive Clients

Clients are categorized as either active or inactive based on their account status and access privileges. Active clients have fully enabled accounts, with login credentials provided via email, granting them access to their dedicated portal. Through this portal, active clients can manage their profiles, create new bookings, and utilize additional features designed to enhance their experience. In contrast, inactive clients have accounts that are not equipped with login credentials, restricting their access to the portal. Consequently, inactive clients are unable to create new bookings or engage with the system's online services until their status is updated to active. This distinction ensures streamlined management and tailored service for all company owners.

Mark a trip paid and complete.

The functionality to mark a trip as both paid and complete is already integrated across all payment methods, with the exception of credit card transactions. To streamline the booking completion process and improve operational efficiency, we are introducing this feature for the credit card payment method as well. This enhancement aims to ensure a faster and smoother booking completion experience for users.

Intermittent Bug Preventing Credit Card Details from Being Saved.

In specific scenarios, when a new customer initiates a booking through the front-end booking interface, the system allows the booking submission even when the Stripe credit card payment details are not successfully stored. This behavior deviates from the expected system workflow, which requires the secure storage of the customer's credit card information as a prerequisite for booking submission. To address this discrepancy, the system must be updated to enforce validation that ensures the credit card details are successfully captured and saved before permitting the booking request to proceed. This issue has already been identified, and the development team is actively working to resolve it on a priority basis.

Issue with Additional Stops Charges Calculation.

A bug has been identified in the booking system's edit mode. When removing a stop from an existing booking, the system correctly updates the route but fails to adjust the charges in the subtotal. This issue also reflects in the booking confirmation email and PDF, where the additional stop charges remain incorrectly applied.

Fare amount not recalculating.

This issue is a recognized bug that arises when modifying an existing booking by updating the pickup or drop-off location, adding or removing a stop en route. The calculator fails to detect the updated address and does not recalculate the mileage, resulting in an incorrect total amount. Our development team is actively working on resolving this issue and will provide an update to this post as soon as a fix is implemented.
